“A pack of approximately 12 stray dogs near Road No. 36 in Jubilee Hills has been attacking joggers and pedestrians in the early morning hours. Two residents have already been bitten and required anti-rabies injections. GHMC's animal husbandry department has not responded despite multiple calls.”
